Contest
Rules
• Entry
into any contest constitutes
permission to use your name,
likeness, and voice for advertising,
publicity and promotional purposes
without compensation.
• No purchase is necessary to enter, though you must be at least 18 years
old.
• One winner per household per 90 day period of time.
• Winners are responsible for any local, state and/or
Federal taxes… offer is subject to all Local, State and Federal
laws and void where prohibited by law.
• The station reserves the right to change the prize to a prize of a similar
value prior to drawing.
• Winners are not permitted to substitute prizes. Prizes may not be redeemed
for cash. Prizes may not be transferred to anyone other than the winner chosen
by the station.
• All prizes must be claimed within 30 days at WCRI/WCNX studios at 400
S. County Trail Suite A105, Exeter, R.I., during regular business hours Monday-Friday.
• Winner must have a Photo ID to claim a prize and sign a release form.
• If there is a discrepancy, a new winner will be chosen at the stations
discretion.
• Employees of Judson Group, Inc., their families
and other household members of Judson Group, Inc. are not eligible.
• Employees of other radio stations, advertisers, their employees and employee’s
family are not eligible.
• The Judson Group, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules at anytime
in order to protect the integrity of a contest.
• All decisions of station representatives are final.
• Copies of these rules and any changes will be posted at the station.
• All such rules are available to the public upon request.
